Like the speaker button under the YouTube video player, there is also a small speaker icon in the tab menu that you can display by hovering over it.

To mute the sound, hover over the speaker icon in the menu tab and click the icon. When the tab is not disabled, you will see the screen as shown below:

Now that we’ve checked that we’re disabled in the video player and YouTube tab, it’s time to check that we’re disabled in the system settings.
You can check the sound level in the windows at the bottom left of the status bar. Click on it and set the volume to the maximum level.

Open video in incognito mode
Just as we solved the problem of comments on Youtube, it’s worth opening the video in incognito mode.
To open Incognito mode in Windows, type the shortcut below:
Press Ctrl + Shift + n (for Chrome).
Press Ctrl + Shift + P (for Firefox).
To enable incognito mode on your Mac, type in the keyboard shortcut below:
Press⌘ + Shift + n. (For chrome)
Press⌘ + Shift + P (for Firefox).
Try playing the video in incognito mode. If the YouTube video still has no sound, try playing it in another browser.

Check and update driver

Using the Device Manager
- Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.

- Then select Automatically check for updates
Note : You must be connected to the Internet for this to work. - Have them search for the respective drivers.

- After successfully updating the drivers, perform the steps for all devices listed in step 4.

Controlling the volume in the volume mixer

- Right-click the Sound button, located in the lower left corner of the system tray as in the previous step, and select Troubleshoot Sound.
